Products are shipped via common carrier. Sellers responsibility for loss or damage in transit terminates upon acceptance of material by the carrier. Sellers responsiblility for loss or damage terminates upon delivery by the carrier to the buyer. Upon reciept of shipment, it shall be the buyers responsiblity to check materials and secure written acknowledgment from delivering carrier for any loss or damage.
 
Each sink will have variations in color, texture and tone, which are not flaws but natural characteristics of bronze and are not acceptable cause for return or exchange.

Irregularities:
The dynamics of bronze formations results in differences from one piece to the next. This is a natural process of bronze which is a “living finish” and contribute to the uniqueness of our product. Some expected differences include, but are not limited to the following conditions:
• Sizes and weights are approximated
• Slight color, speckling or other perceived anomalies may appear
• Variations in the product displayed / cataloged and the product actually shipped

Solid Bronze is an investment that will offer many years of functional beauty.
There are a few simple guidelines to help maintain the natural beauty of bronze.

Maintenance
Routine maintenance is as simple as rinsing with clean water and drying with a soft cloth. If necessary, clean surface as needed with a few drops of neutral cleanser. Too much cleanser or soap may leave a film and cause streaks. Do not use products such as tile and tub cleansers that contain lemon, vinegar or other acids. Do not use scouring powders or creams, these products are too abrasive and may scratch the surface. We recommend after cleaning, wax with Johnsons paste wax or plain carnuba wax. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND BRASS OR SILVER CLEANERS OR ANY OVER THE COUNTER METAL CLEANERS AS THE RESULTS MAY REMOVE THE FINISH

General Basin Information:
All basins are tapered for the drain.
There are no overflows on the basins.
All basins are made of solid bronze or aluminum.
Most models can be installed vessel, self-rim or undermount.

Vessels:
The vessel basins have an actual drain opening of 1.5 inches.
